Ye' Shall Meet in a Secret Place...
Now listen to the words of the Great Mother,
who was of old also called among men Artemis, Astarte, Athene, Dione, Melusine, Aphrodite, Cerridwen, Dana, Arianrhod, Isis, Bride, and by many other names.
Whenever ye have need of any thing,
once in the month,
and better it be when the moon is full,
then shall ye assemble in some secret place, and adore the spirit of me,
who am Queen of all witches
There shall ye assemble, ye who are fain to learn all sorcery, As with any group or organization, there are usually certain prerequisites needed to obtain entrance and membership. And this coven is no exception...
yet have not won its deepest secrets;
to these will I teach all things yet unknown. 
1. You must be a Pagan in some aspect,
whether you be Witch, Wiccan, eclectic solitary, a traditionalist, or something else uniquely suited to the dark arts, the practice of magick, pagan worship, etc. This site and this coven will not tolerate infiltration by any religion whose main aim is to proselytize and convert.
2. You must be willing to accept and work with people of various pagan paths.
I am an extremely electic Witch; therefore, I fully accept electisism in my fellow Pagans. Each person's spiritual path is a personal path. At this coven there will be no 'right'/'wrong' way of doing things. What may work for one, will not necessarily work for another, and we recognize this fact and respect it. When the time calls for it, we will put our unique differences aside and come together in a united circle to perform magick, cast spells, celebrate the esbats and sabbats, work for various worthy causes, and promote our right to practice our religion. But each individual member of this coven will be free to pursue their various spiritual paths with the loving acceptance of all coven members.
3. You must honor the Witch's
ladder:
to know
to dare
to will
to be silent
The last of the rung's on this magickal ladder is the most important-- "to be silent". The code of silence is the oldest of traditions, meaning life or death to those wisewomen and wizards of centuries past. What works we decide to do within the coven, the rituals we participate in, the names of members, the names of those who come to us for help, the magick used, all the workings of this group shall remain within this circle. A breach of the oath of silence will mean immediate banishment from the coven.
4. Both male & female are welcome in the online version of this coven, but you must be female to apply for membership in the physical realm.
At some point in the future, I intend to create a 'real world' physical coven. There will be a second set of requirements needed to apply and gain membership; and there will only be 12 positions available. Once these positions are filled, there will be no more admissions unless a vacancy opens up. I prefer to work in the environment of a female only group; and I prefer to work with a relatively small number of people at any one time. It makes for a tighter group, stronger loyalty, and easier management from a logical mundane vantage point.
5. You must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the forums at this coven, or to apply for membership in the physical realm.
If you feel you can agree and comply with the above requirements, and you are still interested in membership to this coven, or participation in the online version, you are ready to move on to the inner sanctum...
