18.  Jezebel Root Anger Spell

 Jezebel root is considered an excellent conduit for focusing anger at someone. It may be used against an enemy, whether as a malicious hex or to prevail in an emotional or legal conflict. The following spell is extremely popular but frequently misunderstood. Even those who are unfamiliar with the Bible associate Jezebel with the proverbial wicked queen. Thus this spell, using the root named in her honor, is often perceived as inherently evil. That's not the point. The point is that Jezebel imposes her will in difficult situations. Her desires are accomplished, after the nice, ethical methods have failed. This spell is about prevailing at all costs:

1. Hold the root in your left hand. Close your eyes. Concentrate on your target, on your situation, on your desire. Hold the root for as long as necessary; don't rush.

2. The traditional recommendation is to now place the root in a jar filled with water. Because of the connection with the biblical Jezebel, I'd recommend filling the jar with red wine.

3. Seal the jar tight. Keep it in a secret, dark place for three days.

4. Remove the root, throwing it away far from your home.

5. Empty the liquid from the jar out on the ground and dispose of the jar, too.

19.  Snake Dream Spell

"Snake Dream Diagnosis"

It's no accident that the caduceus, the staff entwined with double serpents, is the modern symbol of the medical profession. Snakes are the primary animals of healing and have been so since ancient days. Once maintained in the temples of healing that were the first hospitals, their venom both heals and harms. Their old skin fades and grows dull, only to be shed painlessly as the snake emerges vivid and youthful once again, revived and refreshed. Because they lack limbs, snakes are always in contact with Earth. They burrow in Earth's crevices, live in the sea and in trees; they are privy to all Earth's secrets. Snakes are the guardians and sometimes sharers of Earth's wisdom, the guardians of her treasures, including secrets of healing.

This magical diagnostic technique is especially suited for conditions that defy conventional identification or treatment. An image of a snake is required. It may be a photograph, a stone fetish, or other artistic rendering, however, it must fit comfortably under your pillow and not disturb your sleep.

1. Bring the image to bed with you before going to sleep.

2. Gaze into the snake's eyes and charge it with its mission: to reveal the mysteries of your ailment and its required treatment.

3. Place the image under your pillow, then go to sleep. The goal is to incubate the required dream.

4. Repeat this ritual until the dream has been received, clarified, and understood and no further dreams are required.

20.    True Love Dream Spell:  Dumb Cakes 

 Why are these called "Dumb Cakes"? Not because these pancakes taste so bad you'd have to be intellectually challenged to eat them, but because the ritual demands total silence (not a peep!) from anyone involved, from start until the conclusion the next morning after all dreams have been recorded!

21.  Loyalty Spell

Here is a spell to encourage loyalty in your friends. In magic, there is a belief that like attracts like. If you are a loyal person, you will tend to attract other loyal people. But if you are known to talk about people behind their backs, you may need to correct this tendency before doing this spell.

22.  Making an Intuition Pouch 

One of the most important ways of strengthening your intuition is to believe in it and to set aside some time to sit quietly and see or listen to your inner thoughts. Traditionally, your intuition is stronger when the moon is either dark or full. At the next dark moon, make an intuition pouch to help you tune into your deepest thoughts.

What do I need?

Choose three of the following oils: cloves, patchouli, sandalwood, frankincense

Choose three of the following herbs: bay laurel, cinnamon, cloves, mugwort

A small glass bowl

A low table covered with a clean cloth

A dark blue candle

A small circular piece of dark blue cloth

A length of black string or embroidery thread

Matches

A comfortable cushion to sit on

When should I do this spell?

The last day of the waning moon (the dark moon).

What should I do?

Mix the oils and herbs in the bowl and place it on the table along with the candle, the piece of cloth and the string or embroidery thread. Light the candle and turn out the lights. Sit in front of the table on a cushion and look into the light. Relax, calm your mind, and focus on the light of the candle. When you feel ready, place the pile of herbs onto the cloth, saying the following words:
 

"Open the starlit veil of night,

so I may see with inner sight:

By magic's art, reveal to me,

The hidden things I wish to see."
Gather the cloth up, with the herbs still inside, and tie the ends together, so that it makes a pouch, with the string or embroidery thread. Wear your pouch at times when you want your intuition to be at its strongest.

 Basic Premis:

If someone consumes even as little as a drop of a woman's menstrual blood, that person will love her passionately forever.  It is the ultimate binding spell, the most powerful love charm of all.

Menstrual blood is the single most potent magickal ingredient.  In addition to love spells, it's used for healing, protection, and banishing...

This classic potion consists of that single drop of menstrual blood.  It is the mode of administration that is important.  Allegedly, a cup of good strong coffee is the vehicle of choice.  The best alternative is a glass of red wine.  Tomato-based sauces are also used, if only because they make an easy camouflage.

*Note:  Although this potion is an excellent binding spell, it does not insure fidelity.  Separate spells for fidelity-- if it is desired-- must be cast.

23.  Eve's "Give Me an Apple Spell"

(The following spell and suggestions are taken from "Witch: A Magickal Journey" by Fiona Horne. The spell and the following suggestions take the most ancient art of Witchcraft and apply it to our modern technological world. This spell is one to help you locate the information you need on the internet.)

Eve's 'Give Me the Apple' Spell

In this spell you will be invoking the essence of Eve, the temptress and knowledge seeker whom the Judeo-Christian myth portrays as the downfall of Man. She was, in fact, a benevolent and switched-on sister, who, prior to being debased by later accretions of myth, was an incarnation of the original Pagan Mother of All. The Serpent was her companion and, in matriarchal lore, the greatest Keeper of Wisdom. In the patriarchal retelling of her myth, her desire for knowledge and her desire to share it with Adam was denigrated, but in this spell it is going to be celebrated.

Do this spell on Saturday which is ruled by the planet Saturn, and the best time for spells for knowledge.

Cast Circle, and holding the snake skin in your right hand and bag of dried apple in your left, take three deep breaths and meditate on the eternal wisdom that is every human's birthright but that so many of us are denied.

In your mind's eye see a Serpent, which embodies all the knowledge in the world, coiled around a large red apple, which represents humanity. Now see Eve, magnificent, naked and proud, pick up the Serpent, coil it around her waist and over her shoulder, and take the apple in both hands holding it towards you. Put the apple and snake skin down and on the three leaves write with the red marker/pen…

"Desire, "Knowledge", "Results"

Stack these on top of one another in that order, so that "Results' is on top.

 Keep crystals around your computer, especially clear quartz and amethyst, to encourage effective communication; and hematite near the keyboard will help ease repetitive strain aches.

Keep a cactus next to your computer—it helps absorb and nullify the radioactive emissions from your computer. Cactus spines work to protect their immediate environment from negativity.

Wear a medium to large shell around your neck (perhaps on a leather thong or silver chain) to deflect unhealthy radioactive emissions and any other negative energy bombardments from your computer.

If you have a report to write or some work that requires mental concentration, hold a fluorite crystal between the palms of your hands ( in a prayer postion) and bring your hands to your forehead and then over the top of the keyboard three times as you recite, "My mind is focused, my hands are able". This will help you translate your ideas to typeface spontaneously and effectively.
